As Night Falls
As the night falls,
I start to fell you fade.
Nothing seems to matter....
The consistent beat of my heart,
starts to speed faster.
Nothing can pierce this everlasting darkness.
This night of never ending darkness,
Not even the moon and stars shine though.
A splash of red,
lasts for a brief moment.
Then like everything else,
Falls to the darkness’s power.
Your almost gone now,
Leaving me in the darkness alone.
Yet again,
I’m left in the darkness to weep.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.  reports, 1d 21h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
